Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the size of the order. Shipping times for orders are generally 3-5 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: NettalkShop.com offers a 30 day return policy.

We will exchange a purchase within 30 days of the invoice date for most merchandise. Credit your account, or refund your money when purchases are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Some items may have a shorter return policy, or for an exchange only.

Customer may return the product purchased from NettalkShop.com for an exchange within thirty (30) days of the invoice of the order. Refunds are issued if a return is made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of the order with a RMA number. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used for your original form of purchase. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

Customer must sign an exception at time of delivery, noting any shortages or damage. If the customer does not note any exceptions at the time of delivery, the request will be denied and Nettalk Shop will not be held responsible.

All returned items must be unused and in the new original condition. Please be sure to include all parts and paperwork. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

All returns must be received within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made after 14 days of delivery of the order. Nettalk Shop will not issue credit for items that have been used, altered or damaged.

Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. 10% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.

Items with manufacturer's defects: Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 10% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.

For Customer service: Please E-mail us at Nettalkshop@yahoo.com to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email. Please have your order number available. When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.

The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the carrier they use to return RMA's to Nettalk Shop. It is recommended that the customer insure the product being returned to Nettalk Shop (for full value) in order to avoid any potential exposure if product is lost or damaged while in transit back to Nettalk Shop. All products that are damaged while in transit to Nettalk Shop/suppliers from the customer against an approved RMA number will be refused/rejected back to the customer.

Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
